How bad do you want it? Really, how bad?

Most mornings this is what I eat. I should say "choke down". It is 15 egg whites, 50 grams of steel cut "Coach's Oats" (what else?) and a handful of spinach cooked in Species Nutrition Macadamia Nut Oil. I am a competitive bodybuilder with a specific goal in mind so I don't consider this a sacrifice. Whether you are a bodybuilder, athlete or just a person trying look and feel better, what we put into our bodies makes all the difference. For most of my clients this is what they eat for breakfast. My clients have a vision of what they want from their programs so they don't see this as a sacrifice, rather what takes them one step closer to those goals.

The beautiful thing about eating this day in and day out? It means I can have pancakes or bacon and eggs sometimes without losing a single bit of progress. Maybe even a Pop-Tart or two!
